Job Description & Summary

You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.

Our team helps organisations realise their business strategy and objectives through their people. As part of the team, you’ll help our clients diagnose their current organisational landscape and people strategy, map a workforce lifecycle and build an engagement story to bring the strategy to life, and implement the supporting infrastructure to ensure that our clients’ business strategy remains aligned and the organisation is engaged with the people strategy.

Technical skills: Analyst/Specialist Senior
Associate

India Payroll – end to end payroll processing including new joiner
and resignee

Moderate Experienced

Strong in data validation, reconciliation and analysis
Thorough knowledge on Tax and Statutory around payroll
Handling payroll related tax and statutory (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF)
compliances – preparation, validation, filing through govt portal
Documents checking – reimbursements / Tax proofs
Employee query handling, handling issues work smartly, time and
work management
Retiral benefits (PF, NPS, Gratuity, Leave encashment,
Superannuation fund etc)
Computer proficiency – should be proficient in word, xls, power
point, working in network environment, payroll software etc
Visiting regulatory authorities for closure of payroll compliance
related issues around PF, PT, LWF and ESIC
Knowledge on employee life cycle management and HR operations
Knowledge on new Labour codes

Soft skills:
Ability to handle confidential data and sensitive situation
Strong communication skill – both written and verbal
Well versed in data analytics, worked in payroll software and other
govt portals
Strong interpersonal skill, team management and capability of
working independently
Visiting client’s office for meeting and addressing issues

Others:
Minimum relevant years experience dedicatedly in payroll 3 to 5 yrs 5 to 8 yrs
Qualification as per HR norms
