Quality Plan Execution Director

Job Purpose

The role has overall accountability for the execution and delivery of the GSC Quality Plan. The 2030 Quality Ambition is critical to enabling future ready Quality organization that is operating proactively to accelerate high quality products to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for translation and acceleration of proactive quality strategic pillar across GSC Quality in partnership with Quality Systems Lead, Global Engineering and Global Technology
• Develop team, succession planning in place and team continues to evolve to ensure they have the skills and capacity for Ambition 2030.
• Build capability in PMO tools and software applications, providing clear guidance on scheduling, budgeting, task management, resource allocation, reporting, and communication tools.
• Partner across the QLT and wider quality teams to build and deliver an ambitious set of deliverables that will create value for our patients, our business and our people.
• Manage Ambition 2030 road map to deliver Quality as a Competitive Advantage.
