Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer at Enablon, you'll be the architect of our automated infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers via the Public Cloud. Your mission will be to ensure the seamless performance and reliability of our services, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological passion

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold System Excellence: Guarantee the optimal availability and performance of our systems, aligning with the stringent Service Level Agreements we promise our customers.

• Enhance Tooling and Processes: Take charge of our CI/CD and observability tools, such as TeamCity, ThousandEyes, SumoLogic, and VictorOps, driving enhancements and efficiencies.

• Champion Automation: Utilize your proven track record with tools like Terraform to craft scalable Infrastructure as Code, embodying our automation-first mindset.

• Promote Technical Excellence: Employ GitOps principles to ensure changes are thoroughly reviewed and approved, maintaining the highest standards of technical integrity.

• Collaborate for Innovation: Work hand-in-hand with our Product, DevOps, and Support teams to forge the next generation of software delivery pipelines.

• Security and Compliance Vigilance: Maintain a robust operational security posture, continuously advancing our security and compliance measures.

• Dedicated Support: Be a part of our 24x7 on-call rotation, ready to tackle infrastructure challenges head-on.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years working in IT Infrastructure & Operations.
• Demonstrate your expertise in scripting languages like Bash and PowerShell to drive automation and efficiency.
• Have a deep understanding of virtualization, containerization, auto-scaling, and GIT, along with CI/CD integration toolchains, and the creation of fault-tolerant, fully automated systems.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Showcase your exceptional troubleshooting skills, especially within Windows Server environments.
• Understands business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships.
