Our Inside sales specialist:

  • Servеs as a resource for the vendor, reseller, Sales and Product Management.

  • Pro-activеly communicates with B2B customers from the IT industry

  • Maintains accurate customer master record including licenses, software and service contracts, shipping address.

  • Manages areas of focus to meet set targets and with regard to maintaining the existing customer base and revenue.

  • Answers customer inquiries via e-mail or phone calls to fulfill requests for information and resolution of basic/standard issues or sales inputs within the defined SLA.

  • Performs e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives such as: customer follow-ups, sales or vendor leads and potential orders

  • Follows up on phone calls placed to offer assistance, obtain status and feedback.

  • Manages relationship with designated contacts (i.e. purchasing agents) in efforts to grow sales and maintain business partnership

And you also:

  • Fluently speak Polish and English (B2-C1)

  • Like the communication with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Appreciate working in dynamic and international environment

  • Have advanced communication skills

  • Are not afraid to be target-driven, both as an individual and as part of a team

  • Are a team player willing to share learnings from success and challenges alike

  • Have an authentic approach

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in sales or support

  • Advanced professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Understanding of IT/distribution industry is an advantage

  • Previous knowledge of working through the Sales Cycle in a similar organization is strongly recommended

  • Knowledge of key functionalities of ERP systems is an asset
