How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for a self-driven Intern to support our Sales Excellence team in Vejle.

Being an intern in Siemens Gamesa is an opportunity for you to develop your personal capabilities and build a professional and international network. You will get the chance to enhance your professional development and get relevant work experience in a global company.

Your responsibilities will consist of:

  • Development and preparation of communication and training content and concepts
  • Supporting in the maintenance of communication and training material across the portfolio of channels
  • Increase usage of internal communication channels to ensure target audience is informed about key topics
  • Ensuring communication and training quality improves in Sales, together with key stakeholders
  • Supporting internal improvement projects in offshore sales on an ad hoc basis
  • Develop impactful communication messages using your writing skills
  • Working closely together with stakeholders across sales, offshore, corporate teams and the other business units

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (bachelor or master’s) in Business Management, Communication, Sales & Marketing Management, Sustainability, Media, (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you:

  • Available for a 1 year internship
  • Are an excellent communicator
  • Ideally worked with video editing tools, Social Media platforms in a professional setting, and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Are familiar with creating high-quality and impactful communication material also in Power Point
  • Can write creative and factual persuasive texts
  • Feel comfortable organizing, managing, and presenting different reports
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English - both orally and in writing
  • Have a great sense for details
  • Are open, outgoing, organized, and have a can-do and ownership attitude
  • Feel comfortable interacting in a highly international environment
  • Are able to conclude your tasks on time, accurately and in high quality and have proven to be a reliable team player
  • Value close collaboration with multiple stakeholders
  • Are able to drive projects on own initiative

Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
