Responsibilities:
- Help evaluate our goals from multiple teams and develop strategies for tracking success.
- You will work with our client Lead to consult on web analytics platform selection, implementation, and remediation.
- You will lead the installation, configuration, and debugging of web analytics services like Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- You will lead a team in tag implementation, rule development, and data layer analysis using platforms like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium.
- You will develop client documentation detailing page code and data layer requirements to support business analysis needs.
- You will perform or provide oversight of quality assurance tests on tracking implementations.
- Advise clients on solutions for their Web analytics needs.
- Coordinate with multiple parties to share key decision-making metrics with stakeholders.
- Provide web analytics training and knowledge sharing for clients and the project team.
- Familiar with deploying and testing analytics tools in mobile apps, using the Firebase SDK.
- Experience with development environments and tools for building iOS or Android apps, including XCode and Android Studio.
- Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or Java programming languages in the context of mobile applications.
- This is a client-facing role. As many of our clients are in the Eastern, Pacific, or Central time zone, you will need to be available during AST, EST, PT or CST hours.
- You will report to the Manager of Analytics Implemetations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' experience with web development including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Experience with HTML and web protocols
- Strong experience in cross-platform app development (iOS & Android) and ability to validate data collection using tools such as Fiddler, Charles, or Android Studio.
Good to have:
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification OR Adobe Certified Expert
- Experience implementing web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with at least one Tag Management Solution such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch or Tealium iQ
- Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage
- Experience with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, DataTrue, WASP, etc.
- Knowledge of Single-Page Applications and Mobile & Cross-Platform development.
