We`re team of people who are in close contact with the business. We’re here when our customer has a problem and we correct faults, improve performance, or make modifications due to business or technological changes. With our diverse set of skills and experience we try to support our “chapter home” activities. We as a team have fun but we ensure that everything is running in a proper way. We work independently or in team on creating, maintaining, and documenting the business processes using agile methods.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Fix minor defects and maintain the application to be usable in a changed environment.

• Track the tickets in the ticketing tool

• Troubleshoot & Investigate customer disputes

• Consult new product development with customer

• Validate end-customer data and account configuration

• Support preparation of technical concepts “Fachkonzepte"

Requirements

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have overview of ICT industry environment

• Knowledge of SQL, Java

• ITIL knowledge

• Knowledge of IT and business processes and their interaction in the IT organization

• Good scripting knowledge (any scripting language)

• Technical overview in OS and/or DB experience

• Good German and English language
