We're now on the hunt for a brilliant Technical Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our Technology Academy!

We’ve since trained hundreds of exceptional individuals, helping them become future technology change-makers at world leading organisations such as M&S, Atos and Sky.

As our Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll sit at the core of the Technology Academy, partnering with our Commercial & Operations teams to identify the very best talent from our pool of bootcamp graduates & help them land their first graduate technology roles with our clients. Reporting into our Managing Director, you'll take responsibility for the recruitment & placement strategy for our consultants and be the go-to expert in all things tech hiring for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work day-to-day with commercial, recruiting and talent management teams to identify the best candidates out of our trained talent to match customer open roles
• Optimise the handoffs between these teams to create a compelling, unified customer journey and accelerate recruitment timelines
• Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates out of trained pool for various technical roles (e.g. Software Engineer, Business Analysts, DevOps)
• Support preparing candidates for interviews using a combination of methods (ex: structured interview, technical knowledge assessment, behavioural questions)
• Build and maintain candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants
• Remain up to date on technological trends to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs
• Meet with our clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements
• Shape the future of our talent pool model in line with our customer needs and talent availability

Does this sound like you?

• You’re an experienced technical recruiter with a strong track record of identifying top talent, exceeding recruitment targets & working on a range of technical roles including e.g. Software Engineer, Business Analysts, DevOps.
• You’re able to understand and articulate the different responsibilities and requirements for a range of technical roles
• You consider yourself a self-starter – thriving in an autonomous environment reporting directly to senior stakeholders – taking the initiative to build and drive forward processes from scratch
• You have excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – confident building relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally
• A solution-oriented mindset – you're strong at identifying opportunities to improve inefficiencies, overcome challenges and work in the most efficient way – always with an eye on scalability and automation where possible
• Experience leading strategic recruitment projects and advising senior leadership on the best approach and strategy to achieve objectives

Key details

• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Salary: £60-65K
• Location: London, Liverpool Street with flexible & hybrid-working
• Start Date: ASAP
• Line Manager: Technology Academy Managing Director

Interview process

• 30 minute initial screening call with a member of our People Team
• 60 minute competency interview with our Managing Director
• Presentation / task followed by values & culture interview with a panel
• Final round interview with our CEO & Founder
