The role involves analysing operational performance, identifying potential improvements in throughput, machine availability, machine efficiency, yield, as well as identifying potential failure modes, and implementing solutions to prevent these failures.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Design and implement planned, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance program
Optimize maintenance schedules based on reliability data.
Utilize LEAN, TPM and or RCM methodologies as well as condition monitoring tools and techniques to improve machine reliability and OEE
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability improvement projects.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Support and promote a learning organisation to solve problems and improve the operations
Collect and analyze data on equipment performance and failures.
Use statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
