Requirements

Qualifications for success in the Solution Architect role within the ServiceNow Partner Design Studio:

1. Experience: You should have 8+ years of technical sales, pre-sales, or similar experience.
2. Technology Partner Experience: Material experience working with technology partners, either at a partner or OEM level, is essential.
3. Cloud-Based Platforms: An excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation, is crucial.
4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries such as Financial Services, Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus.
5. Curiosity and Innovation: You should be intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions.

For positions in the District of Columbia, we offer a base pay of $165,825 - $273,675, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
