Sensor Integration & Test Manager

Our company develops high-precision, highly integrated MEMS inertial sensors for applications in smartphones and wearables. We drive innovative engineering projects from concept phase until high-volume mass production. With our industry-leading products, we enable real-time motion detection, indoor navigation, gesture and activity recognition as well as optical image stabilization (OIS).

• Response for the Inertial or Pressure sensor characterization tasks in the MEMS sensor development phase by co-work with global development team within a product project team.
• Take over characterization topics, work with related resource like Lab engineer, simulation engineer, reliability expert, sensor expert, system architecture, to design and plan the characterization method and workflow for new sensor product.
• Analysis the data after characterization with analysis software, provide the report and review with team.
• Study and provide the answer or solution for the abnormality observed in characterization.
• Support to analysis and explain the reliability or simulation data done by other expert.
• As a technical consultant, support local engineering team topics and sharing the knowledge to local team via training.

Requirements

• Master degree (or higher) in Semiconductor or Microelectronics related field,
• Fluent English in written and verbal
• Good experience in a global development project
• Outstanding communication and topics driving skills
• At least 5 years experience in related role
• Familiar with semiconductor technology and products (Fab, Assembly, Test)
• Familiar with MEMS technology and products (especially Gyro, Acceleration, Pressure)
• Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor/MEMS products and production
• Willingness to travel (mainly within Asia, but also to HQ in Germany)
• Self-motivated, strong responsibility and accountable.
• Ability to work in an international team and work in a cross-function team
