Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information via phone, email, or in-person
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of laundry items.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain customer records and order history in our system.
• Work closely with our laundry operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Provide accurate pricing and product information to customers.
• Keep up-to-date on laundry services and products and be able to provide customers with relevant information.

Requirements

• High school or higher.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills - Arabic & Englsih
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
