- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for information via phone, email, or in-person
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of laundry items.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain customer records and order history in our system.
- Work closely with our laundry operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Provide accurate pricing and product information to customers.
- Keep up-to-date on laundry services and products and be able to provide customers with relevant information.
Requirements
- High school or higher.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Arabic & Englsih
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
