Senior Project Manager

| As a Project Manager you will be part of the Ecosystems department. Within Ecosystems we're on a mission to make a single Marketplace to connect to all the popular ISVs in the Financial Industry. That immense catalog of integrations will provide a huge value for the whole industry moving away from making bespoke integrations over and over again.We do that by building an integration-Platform-as-a-Service with out of the box connectors to underlying systems such as Core Banking, Fintechs, CRMs and payments processors. In this specific role you’ll work closely together with our Product teams and Customer Success teams to make every implementation of our connectors a success. You will also be expected to support customers/partners and advise clients on implementing their online applications using the entire Backbase Solution to its full potential. | | As a Senior PM, you lead the implementation of connectors at our clients. You will also produce and maintain project estimations, plans, statements of work, and change requests. Your project teams consist of hand-picked talent that will enable you to drive value to our customers, whether in the form of a state-of-the-art solution or high-quality assessment and consultancy, all leveraging your consulting and Agile experience. Your wider team may include a Business Analyst, Solutions Architect and Developers.●You have at least five years of PM experience in delivering digital projects;●Can demonstrate experience in financial sector;●Can demonstrate experience in startup/scaleup environment;When it comes to client Management you are:●Able to spot business development opportunities and involve relevant people;●Able to design and facilitate workshops;●Able to handle large transformation programme within one customer;●For you, agile is not a framework. It's a philosophy you preach and live by every day. |
