• Responsibilities:

• Review Project critical success factors

o Proposed MVP scope to deliver value at the earliest

o Scope in-line with project objectives

o Review user and contract taxonomy

o Right team structure to deliver scope and complexity, user, and contract taxonomy

• Review the design proposed by Icertis or partner teams of ICI application for MVP

o Use of value use cases aligned with values identified

o ICI design in-line with values identified

o Capturing of relevant ICI features to meet busienss requirements and deliver value

o Scalability of proposed design for full scope of project

o Meet compliance requirements

• Review BRD and IRD

o Clarity and Completeness of Requirements: The document should be clear and comprehensive in outlining what the Icertis application is supposed to do. Look for well-defined functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure that all stakeholders' needs and expectations are captured, and there are no ambiguities or contradictions in the document.

o Alignment with Business Goals: Verify that the stated requirements align with the broader business goals and objectives. The Icertis application should contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. Assess whether the proposed features and functionalities will address specific pain points and bring tangible benefits to the business.

o Feasibility and Scalability: Evaluate whether the proposed requirements are feasible from a technical perspective. Consider factors such as the Icertis technology stack, data storage, security, and integration capabilities. Additionally, assess whether the Icertis application can scale to accommodate future growth and increased user demand.

o User Experience and Usability: Examine the document for user-centric requirements. Ensure that the application's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) requirements are well-defined and meet the needs of the different customer departments. Pay attention to usability, accessibility, and any specific user workflow or interaction requirements.nt of new Explore AI offerings development

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Icertis experience

• Important ICI certifications and completion of knowledge courses

• In-depth knowledge of Icertis products and services, including a strong understanding of implementations and enhancements

• Knowledge of complete life cycle of ICI implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements

• Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret available data

• Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor

• 3+ Project experience

• AI and Integration experience

• Onsite customer experience preferred
