About the Role: We are seeking a motivated International Partner Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our partner network. This role will focus on managing relationships with service providers and agency partners, aiming to expand our market reach and maximize revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with service providers and agency partners across international markets.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and onboard new partners that align with our company's strategic goals and market needs.
  • Partner Enablement: Work with the Partner Enablement team to repurpose content and certification programs for international markets to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to promote and refer business to Demandbase effectively.
  • Revenue Growth: Work closely with partners to drive joint sales activities, co-marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms while protecting the Demandbase interests.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends that can be leveraged through partnerships.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partnerships, providing regular reporting and insights to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align International partner activities with overall business objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related field within the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully managing international partners.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and create effective partnership strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: Goal-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in international markets and understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
