As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our BI strategy for the B2B division. Your work will be instrumental in supporting senior stakeholders, providing them with clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our data solutions are aligned with business goals and operational needs. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual who is excited about learning new tools, mastering new data sets, and navigating the complexities of a fast-paced business environment.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Proven experience as a Senior BI Analyst or in a similar lead analytic role
• Demonstrated ability to quickly develop detailed domain knowledge in new areas
• Mature project management experience, enabling effective collaboration across the business
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical
• Highly proficient in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Experienced with big data warehouses, e.g. BigQuery or Snowflake
• Skilled in using BI reporting tools, e.g. Looker / Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau

The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £55,000

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
