Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you will be a key player for the team in the execution of custom and integrated programs. From developing and maintaining timelines throughout the campaign and working cross-functionally with internal teams on production of custom offerings, to ensuring timely launches, optimum performance and full delivery, you will be instrumental in ensuring that we provide our clients with white-glove service. A strong understanding of project / client management will be imperative, as well as maintaining an understanding of client needs while also having a pulse on what internal teams require in order to accomplish their respective deliverables. This role will also work closely with Ad Operations on execution of campaign elements in the plan and will be critical in optimizing and upselling clients when the opportunity presents itself.
