Being the leader of our "transformational engine", this newly established role will have to establish a structural setup to orchestrate complex processes, drive efficiency, foster synergies, and enhance collaboration across our diverse Business Units. Currently this team holds the responsibility for majority of the Nordic Technology transformational enablers; the Nordic portfolio and impact reporting, development of the future Nordic technology operating model, management of the strategic technology programs โ€“ in addition to the Nordic technology clusters/domains. To ensure sufficient focus and momentum from the start, also given the extensive starting point and required expected impact within the strategy period, the plan is to engage an external consultant to serve as expert-support for the SVP while structuring the process and unit forward. The main ambition with this role is to contribute, and ensure, strong execution of the transformational agenda across our four markets โ€“ in addition to setting a unit structure for the coming years โ€“ focusing particularly on:

1. Transformational Leadership: Develop and implement a robust transformation agenda aligned with the strategic technology direction of Client. Secure the execution of the transformational agenda and ensure its alignment with business goals and objectives across Nordic markets.

2. Operating Model Development: Lead the development of the Nordic Technology Operating Model in collaboration with BU CTOs, CIOs, and other stakeholders. Work closely with BU experts to refine processes and cultivate agile ways of working, fostering optimal cross-country collaboration, business agility, and value creation.

3. Stakeholder Management: Ensure strong stakeholder management to guarantee that proposed and agreed-upon steps support the Nordic business strategy and the Group Technology strategy. Collaborate with relevant functions within BUs and Group to optimize the use of external parties, maximizing their contribution to business value.

4. Collaboration and Best Practices: Facilitate high-level orchestration of complex processes, emphasizing efficiency and collaboration within and across Business Units. Collaborate optimally with other Client units, including Adjacent Services, Infrastructure, and Group CTO, implementing best practice internal partnerships
