Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead

GoSaaS is seeking an experienced leader to build and scale our Oracle Cloud SCM practice. This mostly remote position offers the chance to shape our growth strategy, lead US and offshore teams, and drive successful client implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle Supply Chain Cloud consulting services as a delivery lead and subject matter expert, engaging with our clients through the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain & Financials projects

• Engage with our Sales Solutioning team to develop and drive the Oracle Cloud SCM sales pipeline, pursuing new business and define revenue goals

• Develop strategic plans for our Oracle Cloud SCM practice growth with our Solutioning team and Leadership

• Build and manage high-performing and collaborative consulting teams (US & offshore)

• Foster a collaborative, knowledge-driven practice culture.

• Engage with our teams to continuously improve our delivery model, providing the most value to our clients

• Foster and maintain relationships with our clients

• Lead client engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget implementations

• Provide expert guidance for Oracle Cloud SCM solutions

• Mentor junior team members for growth and development

• Leading select design sessions

• Leading teams with 10+ people

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance, Supply Chain or Technology

• 9+ years leading Oracle Cloud implementations (SCM focused)

• 15+ years Oracle ERP implementation experience

• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM modules

• Experience as a Supply Chain Functional Lead / Enterprise Architect with the Cloud SCM suite

• Knowledge of the process interactions with the Oracle Cloud Financials & CX modules

• Knowledge of the best of breed SCM Edge applications which can be associated with Oracle Cloud SCM as as the digital core

• Strong SCM process and cross industry knowledge

• Excellent client facing and communication skills

• Proven leadership building both US and offshore teams.

• Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business growth.
