Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Architect

Summary:
GoSaaS is a leading provider of Oracle Cloud solutions, and we are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Architect to join our team. The Oracle HCM Cloud Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for our clients. This individual will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, implementation best practices, and experience with multiple HCM modules.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients.
- Work with clients to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
