Reach out to and collaborate with egg producers to facilitate their transition to cage-free egg production
Provide guidance and support to egg producers throughout the transition process
Work with industry associates to promote cage-free egg production
Collaborate with Malaysian and Indonesian colleagues to bridge the supply and demand of cage-free eggs
Operate primarily within Malaysia and Indonesia, requiring occasional travel
Work remotely with flexible hours
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability for frequent engagement with stakeholders
Personal interest in animal welfare or sustainability
Proficiency in verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Malay.
Work experience in food production or poultry industry is a plus
