AnyRoad is the leader in experiential marketing software. We were founded on the belief that real-life, in-person experiences offer brands invaluable opportunities to build long-lasting relationships with their consumers, ultimately creating a community of brand advocates and accelerating revenue growth.

AnyRoad offers the only unified platform for experiential marketing that effectively connects back-end processes like booking, ticketing, payments, and more, with first-party data capture, consumer feedback, and analytics. Armed with our platform, leading brands across various industries are able to streamline and scale their event operations, drive continuous improvements in their strategy with actionable insights, and increase the return on investment from every experience.

The Role

AnyRoad is a rapidly growing experiential marketing startup, backed by the world’s leading investment firms (A16Z, Blackrock), that works with some of the largest brands in the world. We have launched a stealth division in the premium market and are looking for an Events Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining and operationalizing ongoing member experiences, supporting our clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of events.

Please note this role is a part-time contractor position with the potential to convert to a full-time role by the end of the year, contingent on performance. This role requires frequent travel, with an expectation of up to two weeks per month.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in client calls with the account management team to develop the event story for each membership program
  • Create a comprehensive framework that outlines event details, making it easy for our customers to follow our member event process
  • Work closely with clients to help them document, execute, and enhance their member event experiences on an ongoing basis
  • Review vendors and quotes, maintain a database of vetted vendors, and ensure high-quality services
  • Travel to client sites for event dry runs, make necessary adjustments, and ensure all elements are in place for successful execution
  • Develop standards for pre-event, day-of, and post-event design and execution to ensure consistency and quality
  • Document event execution processes, lead internal and client post-mortem meetings to review successes and areas for improvement
  • Utilize Monday.com to document and execute project management plans for all member events, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in event production, with a proven track record of successful event execution
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution of events as needed
  • Strong experience in working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Excitement and ability to travel at least half of the time (up to two weeks per month)
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Monday.com
  • Data driven; must have the ability to use data and feedback to evaluate event success and inform future strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
