Engineering Product Quality Engineer

• Plan and implement project quality assurance measures in local development projects.
• Take part in and support the project teams in quality related activities like QG, FMEA, Risk Management, Lessons Learned, Problem Solving etc.
• Evaluate and release engineering workproducts.
• Contribute in Risk Management, collaborate in problem solving and risk mitigation
• Plan, perform and follow up P2COM checks as auditor and drive for improvement.
• Assure quality of the development processes and development work products according to ASPICE (SUP.1). Close cooperation with project management, system-, HW-, SW- and mechanical development.
• Monitor and promote the development quality also in projects for SW-based systems.
• 1st line of defense in terms of legal and regulation compliance in new projects.
• Support project team in quality questions and promote quality mindset in development projects
• Support QMM-internal activities for new developments by regular reporting of project status
• Other tasks assgined by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in technology or Engineering.
• 3-5 years work experience with high level of experience in quality management or project management ,prefer auto or electronic R&D experience
• Knowledge of quality tools and quality methods like QG, FMEA, problem solving, audits etc.
• Knowledge of required guidelines for automotive products (ISO-norms, e.g. ISO26262, TS16949)
