About the Role

We are looking for a senior analyst whose primary role will be to support our Commercial and Go-To-Market organizations. We are a small and agile team. In varying degrees, each Strategic Finance team member contributes to reporting, financial systems improvement and administration, departmental budgeting and forecasting, annual and long-range planning, headcount planning and management, ad hoc analysis and financial strategy. This is a high visibility role that is integral to getting Hinge Health public company ready.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Support a sustainable and increasingly profitable go to market motion providing budgeting, accurate forecasting and ad hoc analysis to support our strategy and improve financial performance
• Enhancing the quality of actionable, ad-hoc analysis Strategic Finance provides to its its business partners
• Build financial models and processes in Adaptive Insights for budgeting, forecast, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Support the development, standardization and automation of financial reports, metrics and dashboards for monthly/quarterly management and board reporting.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A positive individual who is committed to making the team and the business partners Strategic Finance supports successful.
• Experience providing high quality analytics and business partnership for financial and strategic planning including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis.
• An evolving and flexible problem solver who is ok with ambiguity, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and speed.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has the ability to multitask
• Excellent analytical, modeling and communication skills, in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. A good listener with outstanding influencing qualities and a natural, effective consultative style.
• Workday Adaptive user experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and G-Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Adaptive Insights power-user or implementation experience.
• Experience with Mode Analytics or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and the ability to apply them to improve team effectiveness
• Knowledge of Netsuite, and Workday.

$115,000 - $126,400 a year

Consider the range above plus equity, variable incentive, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location
