In the context of the collaboration between Swissquote and Yuh to develop the Yuh mobile application, your mission will be to analyze the pain points of Swissquote and Yuh operational teams.
You will have to define the proper solution to solve these points and to ensure the feasibility with Swissquote and Yuh stakeholders.
You will report to direct management and to all stakeholders and take part to steering meetings.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze the current pain point faced by SQ operational team (Business Operations, Compliance, Central Data, Legal, ...) linked to their Yuh activities (shadowing, data analysis, ...)
- Define solution to ease/solve those pain points (process improvement, implementation, ...). Take also in account the current impact on the SQ activities to define synergies in term of improvement.
- Define/build KPI linked to operational activities in order to define improvement
- Interact with different development teams to implement solution
- Interact with Yuh operational to address/solve their pain points
Requirements
- +5 years in a business analyst role in banking environment
- Banking & trading knowledge (Payment process (classic, Twint, cards), corporate actions, KYC, etc.)
- Analytics skills (data, process, solution assessment)
- Context switching
- Stress resistant and adaptation to complex environment
- Dealing with external partners
- SQL/Tableau knowledge would be great asset
- French would be an asset
