The Delivery Lead works closely with the Engineering Lead (EL) and Client Executives (CE), reporting directly to the Delivery Directors within the given vertical. The client's exposure in this role is high and impossible to skip.
There are two main focus areas for the Delivery Lead role:
- Portfolio Management;
- Consulting Sales.
The Delivery Lead is personally engaged in designing, orchestrating, and implementing all the initiatives, methods, and solutions that will ensure solid delivery in the account and the expansion of the existing business. Delivery Lead should choose or invent specific tooling if necessary.
The Delivery Lead does lead the project team directly, but may be an opp owner.

Delivery Lead salary ranges are: UoP 15 700 - 28 900 // BDB 18 900 - 34 800 + Bonus scheme
