As the Director of Software engineering QA, you are someone who is obsessed with quality improvement and has experience providing strategic engineering leadership to your teams

Responsibility

• Ownership of product quality for the entire Aera platform which leverages AI. Oversee day to day activities of the manual and automation testing teams .
• Work with PMs and stakeholders to ensure QA requirements are met for each service/product
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes
• Responsible for QA validation for all products built globally across US, India and Romania.
• Provide technical thought leadership to your teams. Help lead cross functional QA teams. Provide support and coaching for direct reports.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute QA activities across multiple teams. Oversee release candidate validation, release deployment and signoff.
• Strong experience with Cloud Technologies such Aws/Azure/GCP is a huge plus
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work in a fast paced, innovative environment

About You

• Takes pride in delivering high quality products and having satisfied customers
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• 5+ years experience in a management/leading teams
• 15+ years experience in software Quality Assurance for complex enterprise products
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA processes
• Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Test NG/JUnit, REST-Assured, JMeter, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, MySQL, OOP paradigms, Java. At least 4 years hands on experience in test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver
• Innovative and constantly exploring new technologies and ideas to improve product quality and team productivity
