ServiceNow Junior Developer (Developer Exp. 3+ Years)​
Location – Mumbai/PAN India,
Must Have Skills:​
 Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of one of the ServiceNow out
of the box solutions –CSM, ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC, or APP Engine​
 Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and ability to create efficient
custom applications using scripting​
 Able to understand complex customer requirements and design effective solutions for the same​
 Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST)​
 Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)​
 Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS,
workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all
other existing solutions requiring revisions​
 ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work,
technical configuration and deployment​
 Understanding of ITIL framework​
 Experienced to work in Agile software development environments​
 Very good communication & presentation skills, proactive mindset and capacity to learn and work
independently​
 ServiceNow CSA/CAD/Both Certification is mandatory​
Must Have Skills:​
 Knowledge on other Service Management products such as BMC Remedy, Ivanti, HPSM etc​
 Experience of rolling out-out standard mobile applications available on ServcieNow​
 Experience on implementing chatbots​
 Knowledge of DevOps & automated testing​
 Service Portal development in ServiceNow ​
 Experience in working on public clouds – AWS, Azure, GCP etc​

 Experience in Product evaluation​
 Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions ​
 Exposure in defining UX​
 ITIL & ServiceNow certified​

 Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business
requirements​
