Director of HR Administration

About the Opportunity

The Northeastern University Human Resources Talent Management team seeks a Director of HR Administration to lead the administration and implementation of operational processes used to deliver HR services and programs across the university. The Director will drive process improvement and look for opportunities to innovate, streamline, and increase operational efficiency. This position will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, HRIT, Benefits, Learning & Engagement, Compensation, Talent Management, etc.) and Payroll and provide expertise and guidance, aid in problem-solving, and play an active role in change management activities.

Prior leadership experience will also be critical for this role, as the Director of HR Administration will be a hands-on leader, managing a HR administration team. The Director will coach the team through changes that affect their day-to-day work, lead and guide the team to develop new skills, knowledge, and abilities, and help to create SLAs for the team and hold team members accountable for accurate, timely, and efficient transactions and services.
