We are seeking a seasoned visionary and results-driven Strategic Product Manager to join our Product Analytics & Insights team to reimagine the Wealth related analytical products to drive improved decision-making and improved wealth outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alight Wealth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

**US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, product definition, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Partner with a product owner and other wealth product managers to successfully deliver a comprehensive product strategy
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, including customer satisfaction, market share, and financial metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the product vision internally and externally, including presenting to senior leadership, customers, and partners.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on strategic product planning and execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g., analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a self-service fashion, respectively, to uncover valuable insights).
  • Proven track record of managing and achieving metrics/KPIs to drive improved outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in HR, Health, Wealth or Customer Experience related products is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct analytics using more technical tools like SQL, python, Pandas, Google Analytics, etcetera is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in an engineering-product-design transformation setting is a plus.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira is a plus.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

112,700 USD

Maximum :

178,900 USD
