Who we need

We need a detail-oriented, self-starting Content Administrator for a 1-Year Paid Internship to support our Content Team.

• You'll fact-check, review, and process high-quality, helpful articles using our Content Management System.
• You'll support the content team in championing quality and accuracy so each piece of content can make a positive and meaningful impact on all our readers.
• Ensuring consistency and accuracy, you'll update our content spreadsheets and keep our content calendars up-to-date.
• You'll participate in team quality assurance testing for all of our consumer-facing online applications.
• You'll support stretch projects and assist the team as needed.
• You'll wear many different hats in a lean, agile, and fast-paced culture.

Who you are

You care about your work, you know your stuff, and you go the extra mile.

• You're a citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a related area
• You have basic HTML and CSS knowledge and a willingness to learn more.
• You are proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
• You have strong organization skills and keen attention to detail.
• You have a knack for prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• You can think on your feet – you know how to find the right answers, online and offline.
• You're a self-starter, reliable, and trustworthy – you care about your team and doing your work well.
• You're comfortable with technology, live in the cloud, and can learn and adapt quickly.
• You’re keen to gain editing and content management experience.
