A start-up tech client of our's who is based in the US is in need of technical sourcer in the LATAM region. This is not a full-cycle recruiting role, but a sourcer role. You will be sourcing for roles such as software engineers and DevOps. The role is fully remote and it is contract.
Requirements
- 3+ years sourcing/recruiting for tech roles
- Fluent in English. Both verbal and written
- Can live anywhere in LATAM
- Experienced working for tech start-ups
