The Role:
Our Intern Site Reliability Engineers work in the Fulfilment, Provisioning and Deployment function of IFS Unified Support. This is an exciting opportunity to use and develop your skills in a leading enterprise IT business, while learning new technologies and systems with support from a close-knit team. You will assist in various technical activities related to the onboarding of customers to IFS, including customers running our cloud services as well as those opting to run solutions on-premise. With support from colleagues, you’ll work on different IFS products and services in response to customer service requests, including license management, provisioning infrastructure and deploying software using both automated and non-automated tools. You will also help ensure the availability of service capabilities and the stability of customer environments by following defined standards, governance and security best practices.
