Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) is responsible for assessing the quality and effectiveness of the Compliance Risk Framework.

The CQA department provides a risk-based picture for management to work with, focuses on an efficient execution of the reviews and, where possible, conducts data-driven reviews through automation and data analytics.

What you'll do

• Create Engaging Content: Develop fun, informative content for our internal communications – from videos 🎥 to infographics 📊.
• Meme Magic: Use your meme skills to make compliance topics relatable and shareable 🖼️.
• Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of social media and communication trends to bring fresh ideas to our internal channels 🌟.
• Boost Engagement: Create content that encourages staff to participate and engage with our compliance initiatives ❤️.
• Collaborate: Work with our compliance and quality assurance teams to brainstorm and execute new content ideas 🤝.
