Required Clearance: Secret

Certifications: None.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or another related field.

Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in technical training, with specific experience in MS Power Apps and SharePoint Online

Position Description:

PingWind is seeking expertise in the MS Power Apps platform and SharePoint Online. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate and enhance the skills of our workforce in using various collaboration platforms, specifically focusing on MS Power Apps and SharePoint Online.

Primary Responsibilities:

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

· Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs

· Knowledge of current Army, DoD, and Government training requirements and standards

· Experience in KM initiatives and promoting technology use within an organization.

· Design and develop comprehensive IT training programs, including curriculum, lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.

· Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and audiences within the organization.

· Deliver high-quality IT training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels.

· Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.

· Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine training priorities and objectives.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including attendance, progress, and assessment results.

· Proven experience as an IT instructor or training specialist, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
