Dynatrace People and Culture Team are embarking on a large scale transform initiative to enhance our people processes and technology.
We are underway with an end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors globally, and we are searching for a new SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to join our Business Systems team.
In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams on system design, configuration and testing of the SuccessFactors modules which will positively influence future Digital experiences through our People and Culture systems for employees, managers and our Leadership teams.
Job Responsibilities -
- Collaborate internal teams to design, develop, build and test, within the SAP SuccessFactors application supporting operational enhancements as well as larger implementation initiatives. Development efforts include Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Enablement, Recruiting, Onboarding and Reporting.
- Thoroughly test all code to ensure that programs are functioning correctly while coordinating with our Quality Assurance team.
- Provide SAP SuccessFactors expertise related to data, integration, security, and analytics.
- Work collaboratively across the Business System organization with Business Analysts, Quality Engineers and Release Management to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in design review sessions across the SAP SuccessFactors delivery team to ensure best practice guidelines are achieved.
- Using software development lifecycle (SLDC) principles and Agile methodology, support the SAP SuccessFactors subject matter experts participating in sprint planning, story estimation, solution and technical documentation as well as release planning and execution.
- Ensure all solutions pass testing process and comply with industry best practices and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy and governance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors, including Employee Central experience is essential (SAP certifications a plus)
- Experienced development/configuration background with a thorough understanding of configuration and development techniques, across all phases of SDLC
- Must have demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and facilitating development efforts with end-users
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices
- Prior experience with other HCM and business applications such as UKG, SmartRecruiters, Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Dell Boomi are all a plus
