Principal Engineer

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project execution and maintaining strong client relationships. Your ability to shape engagements, lead projects, and collaborate effectively will be critical.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience - 13+ Years
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape project engagements based on client needs.
• Craft compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Influence project scope and direction through effective pitching.
• Strong background in Project Management, Technical area background, Agile / Safe Practices, Risk management, Azure DevOps, Client interaction, Risk mitigation, clients on projects, issues, risks, delivery, concerns,
• Has experience working with multiple teams and ensure proper co-ordination with all parties
• Ensure documentation, test cases, test plans, requirements for the project are in place
• Track and resolve issues, risks throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Prepare progress reports for the projects on a regular basis
• Good understanding of best practices (agile, TDD/BDD, OOPS, Containerization, CI/CD)
• Expert in Jira and Confluence usage to drive Project management.
• Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
• Experience in managing complex and highly technical development projects.
• Experience with technical leadership and end to end development.
• Strong understanding of technology and the ability to deep dive into a technology problem

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own project success and client satisfaction.
• Apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as needed.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate productive meetings and workshops.
• Foster a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
