Scrum Master

Infotel UK, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for implementing Agile principles and practices to drive successful software development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Guiding and supporting the development team in adopting and implementing Scrum practices
• Removing any impediments or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress
• Collaborating closely with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

Requirements

• Scrum Master certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment
