Join a world class sales team at a company experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into Houston! As a member of our sales team, you will earn base pay and uncapped commissions with top agents earning $150-$250k+ per year while changing lives and helping people gain financial freedom. This role is in-person (onsite) in our Houston office, 7322 Southwest Freeway, Houston TX 77074, Arena Tower I. This role is full-time (40+ hours per week) with required weekends and evenings.
In this role you will:
- Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to manage their debt
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
- Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- You are self-motivated and highly driven
- Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment environment
- Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
What You Can Expect
- Base Salary + Commission Range: $32,000—$200,000+ USD.

- There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. All prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions
- A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume setting
