Main purpose of the position :

The Site Operations Leader is the most senior role in a sub-region of EMEA. He/She is responsible:

• For the performance of our residents and field operations contracts,
• In collaboration with MU project management organization, to overlook modifications and upgrades projects execution when the resident or field operations teams are involved
• For the financial performance of the subregion in terms of sales, gross profit including absorption, cash collections
• For the correct level of utilization of his/her technicians
• For the satisfaction level of customers in his/her portfolio
• Technical and managerial development of his/her team, identification of a pool of talents the wider organization can benefit from

As a senior member of the EMEA CS leadership team, he/she is expected to be an active team player with both his/her peers and the leadership, maintaining an approach that goes beyond the limits of his/her subregion and embrace the whole EMEA

He/She needs to be an active player to propose continuous improvement programs and standardisation to generate value across the Customer Service EMEA team.
