As we continue this journey, there is a need for a Maconomy Analyst to support the Maconomy Global ERP rollout programmes along with BAU requests.

The Maconomy Analyst will support the Lead Analyst with the numerous Mergers and Acquisitions requests received for Brands and Markets currently using the Maconomy Core ERP solution.

What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with and support the Lead Analyst
• Review requests and plan the work in a consistent manor
• Work with the Operating Companies (OpCos) to gather and understand their requirements
• Review the configuration with the OpCos, ensuring they fully understand and are making informed and compliant decisions
• Make use of the defined processes and templates
• Work with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) to validate the financial data being migrated
• Hold regular meetings with the OpCos to keep the work to plan
• Clear and concise communications, providing regular updates to all stakeholders
• File documentation and approvals appropriately for audit purposes
• Ensure compliance obligations are met and best practice is followed

What you'll need:

• A good understanding of basic financial processes (AP, AR etc.) and how these are supported by applications
• Experience of working with Finance ERP Solutions
• Confident dealing with both technical teams and business users
• Highly motivated, flexible team player with a professional attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels, up to executive level, within the organisation
• Willingness to learn as well as develop and expand the role
