The Client Success Partner (CSP) Lead supports the Client Success Partner team who is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks such as reporting, program recommendations and guidance, escalation resolution, and compilation & analysis of business reviews. The CSP Team acts as a liaison and partners with internal departments to provide a best-in-class experience to our clients. The CSP Lead will be responsible for the coaching, identifying efficiency opportunities, driving results, and overall customer experience.
