Let’s talk about this role

As a Core Application Support Analyst here at nib Group, you will help provide production support, maintenance, analysis and be the subject matter expertise for our Core Business Applications. You will also:

  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production support issues across applications such as WHICS and healthline
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and assist in the delivery of application fixes and updates
  • Work closely with other IT departments, external vendors and business stakeholders in managing critical incidents and escalations

We’d be interested to speak to candidates that have demonstrated experience in an Application Support or Analyst role. Furthermore, other skills we’re interested in are:

  • Strong understanding of business applications integration and business process lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective prioritisation and impact management skills
  • SQL experience is a bonus
