Contract Manager

Salary: P100,000 to P160,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
• Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Senior Paralegal, Senior Procurement Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance.
• Strong contract interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software/tools.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Nice to Have:

• Willing to travel to meet with the suppliers or attend business events.

What will you do?

• As a Contract Manager, you will oversee third party compliance with contracts and agreements, optimize supplier relationships, and deliver cost savings through contractual compliance.
• Prepare and distribute supplier agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding contract terms for new agreements and renewals.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and vendors based on instructions from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing tenders and their lifecycles.
• Analyze and report on contractual compliance, both financial and non-financial.
• Maintain a contract management database to track supplier and vendor performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address non-compliance issues.
• Provide education and guidance to internal teams on contractual terms and compliance.
• Develop and suggest improvements to contractual management processes.
