Lead Technical Project Manager

The Lead Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Fruition’s development projects, supporting our sales efforts, and leading our project management team. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to drive project success and client satisfaction. Like all roles at Fruition, this is a “working” leader role; you’ll spend at least 60% of your time working on implementation projects and 40% on the non-billable items outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of internal resources and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement and advocate for project management best practices across the team.
  • Develop and utilize project plans to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Perform regular risk management and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
