Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As the MarTech Capability Specialist, you'll work with stakeholders across Digital and related parts of Westpac NZ to plan, implement, and continuously improve our digital analytics, testing, personalisation, audience segmentation and tag management capabilities.
You'll leverage your subject matter expertise and experience, vendor management and problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements and designs into solutions to help us understand and optimise interactions on our websites and mobile apps.
This role directly supports the governance and strategic direction of our digital analytics to derive customer insights and power data driven solutions to support customer and business outcomes. This role will be instrumental in establishing effective sustainable processes and standards that work across our varied digital deliveries.
