Work stream lead

We are looking for a Work stream lead, Authorization and Segregation of Duties (SoD) for a temporary role lasting until the end of year 2024. This position can be based in any of the Sanoma countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Italy, Germany and Spain.

About the role

In this role you will define and execute the authorization and Segregation of Duties (SoD) strategy within the Stellar program, leading a cross-functional team to map and configure roles in the new ERP system. Your responsibilities include identifying and mitigating SoD conflicts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal access control policies, overseeing integration with other enterprise systems, and leading training initiatives to educate end-users and IT staff on authorization and SoD standards.

Main responsibilities

• Define and execute the Sanoma strategy for authorization and SoD controls within Stellar program.
• Lead a cross-functional team and SMEs to map out and configure roles, profiles, and permission sets in the new ERP.
• Lead efforts to identify potential SoD conflicts and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
• Ensure Sanoma’s compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding access controls and SoD.
• Oversee the integration of the authorization management / SOD with other enterprise systems and identity providers.
• Lead training initiatives and create documentation to educate end-users and IT staff on authorization and SoD standards, processes and tools.

Requirements and preferred skills for the position

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Experience managing authorization and SoD projects, preferably with experience in SAP HANA and/or MD365
• In-depth knowledge of the business processes (finance/logistics/procurement) managed in the stream Knowledge of the IT solution functionalities and components planned to support the processes
• Experience with the integration tools used by the solution vendor
• Proven experience in project management or a related role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables
• Strong understanding of ERP security architecture and role-based access controls
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to authorization and SoD (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
• Security certifications or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Critical thinker with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems
