Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage invoicing & credit note for corporate and online customers
- Follow up with corporate customers for payment status
- Monitor receipts from corporate and online customers
- Monthly sales reconciliation for online stores and retail outlets (MY & AU)
- AR-related month-end closing and reconciliation (MY & AU)
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a related course
- 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
