Join our team as a passionate Client Success Manager (Russian Speaking) to lead and innovate within our Games Portfolio! Weโre on the hunt for a dedicated professional who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success with our games and products.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Understand customer goals and proactively identify opportunities to help them achieve success and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure smooth game launches and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor customer websites to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Advocate for customer needs internally and provide insights to inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Travel to meet customers and attend gaming conferences.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Russian.
- Experienced in customer success or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and projects.

- Experience with gaming or technology companies.
- Understanding of account management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
