The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the financial team in maintaining accurate financial records, conducting data entry with precision, and ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to mitigate risks. Your role will involve working with spreadsheets, handling large datasets, and responding promptly to emails within agreed timelines. Additionally, you will be based in Andheri and work from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with the possibility of extended hours at month-ends.

Must have:

• Minimum experience 1 – 2 years
• Good understanding of accounting principles (Basic Accounting knowledge - AR, AP & BRS)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Accounting knowledge.
• UK / US Accounting experience is very strongly desired.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and working on large data sets.
• Data entry with accuracy and attention to details.
• Ensure that risks are flagged, and requisite controls are in place.
• Ensure to keep a tight eye on the emails received and respond as per the TAT agreed.
• Location: Andheri/Navi Mumbai
• Shifts: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, on Month ends will be extended

Nice to have:

• Able to multi-task and shift priorities based on the supervisor/stakeholder guidance.
• Flexibility towards working in supplementary hours.

Preferred:

• Apart from Tally, any other software would be nice to have, but Quickbooks, SAP, or Xero would be ideal.

Qualification :

• B.com / BAF/ M.com
